Machine features: The fish meat extraction machine is mainly used for the extraction and deboning of various fish meats, and separates the fish flesh and fish bones, fish skin and fish tendons in the fish body. Separate the shrimp meat from the shrimp shell, or extract the shrimp head meat (cream). The processing efficiency is high, saving time and effort, and reducing labor costs. The working principle of the fish meat extraction machine: manually remove the fish head and take out the viscera from the fish maw; for large fish, the fish needs to be divided into two halves and rinsed (to avoid the viscera and the fish. Blood contamination). Then put the fish fillets into the hopper (the split surface of the fish faces the collecting tube, and the back is close to the rubber band). The fish is driven by the rubber belt into the squeezing zone between the collecting tube and the rubber belt, between the rubber belt and the collecting tube. The whole meat harvesting and separation process does not require manual operation, and it is hygienic. The pressure between the rubber belt and the taking tube is adjusted by a rubber belt tensioning device located on the head of the machine. The size of the adjustment amount can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the fish species. The extracted fish meat can be used as food materials such as fish balls, fish paste, fish sauce, fish cakes, fish dumplings, etc., which greatly improves the economic value of fish.
